Shanghai Under Construction 1999-2005 As street photogragraphy practice and experiments started from college, my project was focused at Shanghai, a booming city full of construction sites, as well as construction sites as mental gaps growing in the minds of Chinese people when they had to transfer themself to a new era. The project simultaneously talks about the similarities between construction and destruction both on the sites and in the minds.
